Before starting Chicken and Sons with Adam, Mark had worked in some of the Worlds best Restaurants from Aria Restaurant Sydney to The Michelin starred Greenhouse restaurant in London as Head Sommelier.
Mark has the ability to turn your event into something special and unique.

Hailing from Yorkshire, Adam started his career working for some of the U.K's most talented Chefs.
Since arriving in Australia in early the 2000's he has worked as Head Chef in some of Sydney's best pub restaurants including the Aussie Youth Hotel, Broadway, The Welcome in Balmain most recently the Tap House in Darlinghurst.
With classical training and a passion for produce and technique, Adam has the ability to turn your Event into one that your will never forget.
